1K paint is single component paint, 2K paint is two component paint 1, single component paint, the main paint with oil and water, self-drying film, no chemical reaction. Advantages: Fast drying, good repainting, good brushing performance.

matters needing attention:
○ Before spraying, degrease the primer film, and then wet grind it with 800 # - 1000 # sandpaper before drying;
○ When the temperature is higher than 30 ºC, the thinner should be added with proper amount of anti white water to avoid the problem of silver powder blossoming;
○ The thickness of metal paint spraying film should not be too thick, and the spraying thickness should be 15-25um, otherwise silver accumulation and poor adhesion between layers are likely to occur;
○ After each layer of metal paint is sprayed, it will flash dry. If there are dust spots and silver particles on the paint surface, it can be cleaned with a dust cloth;
○ After spraying 1K base paint, let it stand for 10-15 minutes, and spray varnish as soon as possible. If the time is too long, the adhesion will be affected;
